Collection routes commonly pass landmarks such as Queens Park and the Cobb+Co Museum area. Booking in advance is recommended, and clear photos help us confirm suitability before scheduling a pickup.

We accept clean clothing, furniture in good condition, small appliances in working order, homewares, books, and select vintage pieces. Items should be gently used, safe, and free from stains or odors. Electronics should include all necessary accessories. Convenient drop-offs can be made during trading hours, which works well if you are visiting Laurel Bank Park or stopping by on a Saturday after the Toowoomba Farmers Market.

Delivery is available across Toowoomba, including Middle Ridge, Centenary Heights, and Harristown, with fees based on distance from the CBD and item size. Same-day delivery may be possible for purchases finalized before midday. Click-and-collect is also available for quick pickup near the Empire Theatre side of the CBD.
