Businesses may create free or paid listings, subscribe to plans, or claim existing listings.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and lawful information.

You must not upload defamatory, offensive, or infringing content.

You are responsible for maintaining account security.
3. Intellectual Property

Website content (excluding user listings) is our property and cannot be copied without permission.

Businesses retain rights to their logos and media but grant us a licence to publish them.
4. Leads and Outcomes

We do not guarantee the quality, volume, or conversion of leads.

Businesses are solely responsible for following up on enquiries.
5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss, data loss, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time (see Subscription & Cancellation Policy).
7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts.

Leads & Replacement Policy

Replacement requests must be lodged within 7 days with supporting evidence (e.g., invalid phone, fake email).

We are not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, or revenue shortfalls arising from leads.

Businesses are responsible for their own due diligence and customer engagement.
Subscriptions & Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

Annual plans are paid upfront at a discounted rate (12 months for the price of 10).

Refunds are not available for change of mind, but your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled anytime, effective at the next billing cycle.

We may adjust prices with 30 days’ notice by email or site notice.

If your payment fails, your listing may be downgraded to a Free plan until resolved.
Review Guidelines

Reviews must reflect genuine, personal experiences.

Fake, offensive, defamatory, or irrelevant reviews may be removed.
-
Businesses may respond to reviews but must do so professionally.

We are not responsible for user-generated content but reserve the right to moderate.

If you believe a review breaches the Defamation Act 2005 (Qld) or is otherwise unlawful, contact us with evidence for review.

Repeated abuse of the review system may result in suspension.
