Pengelly Truck Repairs

Pengelly Truck Repairs is a specialist heavy vehicle workshop providing truck and trailer servicing, repairs and maintenance from its Toowoomba facility.

The workshop works on trucks of all makes and sizes, ranging from smaller Japanese delivery vehicles through to heavy-duty prime movers rated for major road-train operations. Services range from routine fleet maintenance and preventative servicing through to major mechanical repairs and complete restoration rebuilds.

Pengelly also operates a dedicated trailer workshop capable of servicing and repairing a wide variety of trailers, including horse floats, line-haul trailers, flat decks, drop decks, low loaders, tippers and other heavy transport equipment.

Specialist workshop equipment includes certified shaker plates and brake testing equipment, allowing brake test reports to be completed on site. Heavy vehicle wheel alignment is also available using specialist Josam equipment, along with axle correction, suspension work and rebushing.

For operators experiencing problems away from the workshop, Pengelly provides 24-hour breakdown assistance across Toowoomba and surrounding areas, helping transport operators minimise downtime and get their vehicles back on the road.
