Buy Local Toowoomba is a directory of local businesses. Information about a business may come from publicly available sources or may be supplied by the business itself. We put listings in front of local people; we are not a party to any dealing between you and a business you find here.

A business is responsible for the information it submits or claims, and for keeping it current and lawful.

We do not guarantee that information about a third-party business is accurate, complete or up to date, or that any listing or the site itself will always be available. Details such as trading hours, prices, services and contact details can change without us being told. Please confirm anything important directly with the business.

Where a listing shows a phone number, an email address, a website link or an enquiry form, using it is an attempt to make contact — nothing more. Sending an enquiry or using a contact link does not guarantee that the business will respond, that it will accept your work, or that any transaction will take place. Any agreement you reach is between you and that business.

You must not use the site to:

• send spam, bulk or repeated unsolicited messages through any enquiry or contact feature;
• harass, threaten, defame or mislead a business, a visitor or our staff;
• submit false, deceptive or unlawful content, or impersonate somebody else;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-extract listing information or contact details;
• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or security measures, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the site.

We may restrict or remove access where the site is being misused.

If you claim a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business. As the person managing a claimed listing you are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you publish on it, for holding any licence or registration you refer to, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

We may decline, reverse or ask you to substantiate a claim, and we may suspend or remove a listing where a claim appears to be unauthorised or where published content breaches these terms.

Content submitted through features on the site may be moderated, edited for presentation, declined or removed — including where it is inaccurate, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or submitted to promote or attack a business unfairly. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you give us permission to display it on the site for that purpose.

Directory listings are currently free. No paid feature is offered for sale at this time, and nothing on this site should be taken as an offer to sell one. If paid features are introduced later, the price, inclusions and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase and will apply only where you explicitly buy them.

Listings may link to a business’s own website, booking system, social profiles or other third-party services. We do not operate or control those, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or how they handle your information. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
