The Cave Gym

The Cave Gym is a family-owned gym in South Toowoomba, Toowoomba. It operates as a 24/7 training facility with a focus on hybrid training, strength and conditioning, and fitness for a wide range of ages and ability levels. The gym also has a community-focused approach and provides an environment for people looking to build muscle, improve stamina or simply move better.

Its facilities include a broad range of equipment and training spaces, with Hammer Strength, Gym80, Matrix and Torque equipment, dumbbells up to 100kg and a functional fitness area. The gym also offers dedicated powerlifting racks, deadlift bars and calibrated plates. Rock climbing access is available during staffed hours, and the facility includes a bouldering wall.

The Cave Gym provides group fitness classes, HYROX classes, online HYROX programming, yoga and mat Pilates, reformer Pilates and personal training. Recovery and wellness options include infrared saunas, an ice bath, Normatec boots and compression therapy. It also offers a kids crèche, spray tan access, a supplement store and body scans through its membership options.
